At Big East Outfitters, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products, whether opened or unopened.

 

Exchanges for Damaged Items

 

We understand that things can occasionally arrive damaged, and we want to make it right. If your order arrives with damage or a defect, we’re happy to offer an exchange for the same item. To qualify:

• The item must be unused
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
